Terms of service
Last updated: 16 August 2026
These terms cover the use of Olantio, the personal daily planner and time tracker at app.olantio.com, and this website. Using Olantio means accepting them.
Who provides Olantio
Olantio is run by a sole proprietorship registered in Poland. It is one person’s undertaking, not a company with a support department, and these terms are written to say so honestly rather than to imply otherwise.
What the service is
Olantio lets you plan a day as blocks on a timeline, track what you actually do, and see the difference. It is for your own use. It is not a team product: there is no shared workspace, no way to assign work to another person, and no way to view anyone else’s time.
Your account
- An account is created by signing in with Google. Keeping that Google account secure is your responsibility — anyone who can sign in as you can read and change your data.
- One account is one person. Accounts are not to be shared.
- You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live.
What you may not do
- Attempt to reach data belonging to another account, or to work around the access rules that keep accounts separate.
- Attack the service or the infrastructure it runs on, or load it in a way designed to degrade it for others.
- Use Olantio to do something illegal.
Security research is welcome if you report what you find to the address below before it goes anywhere else.
Price
Olantio is currently provided free of charge. There is no paid plan today. If one is introduced, existing accounts will be told before anything they already use starts costing money.
No warranty, and no uptime guarantee
Olantio is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. In particular:
- There is no uptime guarantee. The service may be unavailable, with or without notice, for maintenance, for a failure at a hosting provider, or for no announced reason at all.
- There is no guarantee against data loss. Backups exist because the hosting provider keeps them, not because Olantio operates a tested restore process. If a record matters to you beyond the app, keep your own copy of it.
- Features may change, be replaced, or be withdrawn as the product develops.
Your data
What you put into Olantio is yours. What is stored, where, and who can read it is set out in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
Your account will be deleted on request. Ask at the address below and the account and its data are removed. You can also ask for a copy of your data before you go.
Ending it
You can stop using Olantio at any time, and ask for deletion as above.
Olantio may suspend or close an account that is being used to attack the service or to break the law. If the service itself is discontinued, you will be given reasonable notice and a chance to export your data first.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Olantio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for lost data arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for intentional harm — and if you are a consumer, your rights under Polish and EU consumer law are not affected by anything written here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Poland. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change as the product does. When they do, the date at the top of the page changes with them. Continuing to use Olantio after a change means accepting the new version.
